Hey there! I'm thrilled you found my site and are exploring the images I've created. Let me tell you a bit about myself so you can get to know the person behind the lens. I'm Jeff Wales, and I've been a photographer for more almost 20 years.

 

My photographic journey began while documenting my rock climbing adventures all over Europe, Canada, and most of the Western states. Documentary/photojournalism has always been my passion and after being accepted to the prestigious Eddie Adams Photojournalism Workshop in NY in 2016, my career took an unexpected turn, going from an aspiring war photographer to a wedding and portrait photographer. With extensive experience in family and wedding photography, I love to connect with clients, making them feel relaxed and truly seen. My goal is to encapsulate the essence of emotions and fleeting memories, preserving them forever in an image.

 

Now, as a husband and father of two young kids, my life experience has greatly influenced how I see and photograph. One of my greatest passions is documenting the energy and love (and chaos) of family and everyday life. I thrive on capturing the beauty and authenticity of those "in-between moments" that often go unnoticed.
